In addition to the annual Wagon Days Big Hitch Parade in Ketchum on Saturday afternoon, other events throughout the Wood River Valley over Labor Day weekend attracted thousands of happy participants and spectators.

Members of the Syringa Mountain School team celebrate winning a community bike-build competition Saturday afternoon at the Festival Meadows in Sun Valley, during the Rebecca’s Private Idaho cycling event. Cox Communications organized the bike build, in which eight teams worked to see who could assemble their bike the fastest. The new mountain bikes were then given to children in need in the Wood River Valley.
