This is a very worthy law enforcement effort. Far too many people, both innocent victims and drunk drivers, are killed and injured every year needlessly. Kudos to law enforcement for this effort to keep us all safe.

I agree with Badger! Fundamentally, I oppose ALL trophy killing of animals, but IF it is to be allowed, then it should not be allowed for healthy, reproducing bears. But, if ONE bear is going to be allowed to be killed, then how are hunters going to know when that one bear has been taken? Ha…
