I hope the City Council and Mayor read the comments. After watching and participating in the PEG and Bluebird projects, I see no democracy or justice. I've seen the majorities against these projects with good legal arguments only to get steamrolled. I hope the Mayor and Council members ca…
It's not just about affordable housing, but large developers the Mayor has been very active with. While the former is much more challenging, the mayor pushed through projects like the PEG without any consideration of what the majority of Ketchum residents (voters) wanted. In other words, …
I think Courtney has a future. However, I would encourage her (if she gets re-elected) to gain a better understanding of the impact from development and be independent from what the mayor wants. In other words, do what council members are supposed to do
He starts city council meetings encouraging input from the residents while he has no intention of deviating from his agenda. I have yet to see him align with the majority except Hot Dog Hill

How many letters do we have to send the city before anything will change an unpopular outcome? There is only one avenue. We need to expose more facts, show up to vote and/or try another recall of this mayor
We need honest, capable, and transparent leaders that can replace the two council seats coming up for re-election. Also, it would be great to understand why the Mayor has been so aggressive with development and cozying up with developers. It's not coming from his kind heart
