I agree with Kristin that the best way to protect these beautiful places is through the use of professional guiding services. They are trained and avidly protect the country in which they guide. Reducing their ability to guide also impacts their ability to make a living. This was not thought through and is a bad idea all around.
What better way is there to protect the beauty of the wilderness then having professionally guided use of the wilderness!
