The Bellevue City Council will hold a continuation of a public hearing to consider a planned-unit development and preliminary plat for Phase I of the Strahorn subdivision. The first public hearing took place on Sept. 9 and was continued to tomorrow night at 6 p.m. after a two-hour public hearing that included a 45-minute presentation by the developer and his engineering team.

The property, at the entrance of Slaughterhouse Canyon on the eastern edge of Bellevue, is about 17 acres and is proposed to be subdivided into 47 residential lots.

The special meeting will take place at Bellevue City Hall.
