People will be able to see how fast and far they can run in the YMCA’s annual Sun Valley Half Marathon on Saturday, Sept. 15, starting at 9 a.m.
The race will begin at the YMCA in Ketchum, head south on the bike path, turn left onto Elkhorn Road, climb over the Elkhorn hill and go down Sun Valley Road. That will be followed by a right turn on the bike path toward Trail Creek and an out-and-back before finishing at Ketchum Town Square.
Registration for $70 ends Friday. It includes a T-shirt and a coupon for beer at the Oktoberfest event in Ketchum.
