The Hailey Planning and Zoning Commission will consider a design-review application today, Aug. 5, for five proposed townhomes on River Street behind a planned Marriott-linked hotel at 711 N. Main St.
Silver Creek Property Holdings has plans to build the townhomes, which would range in size from 1,460 to 2,140 square feet in size. They would be located across River Street from the ARCH River Street apartments for seniors.
The meeting starts at 5:30 p.m. at Hailey City Hall.
