Mayor Neil Bradshaw will hold a discussion on the 5G options available to Ketchum during today’s City Council meeting, at 4 p.m. at City Hall.

In December, concerns about radiation and adverse health impacts from 5G, or 5th-generation cellphone technology, resulted in a Stop 5G in 5B petition in the Wood River Valley. The protest—which was circulated by members of the Protect the Wood River Valley group—demands a moratorium on 5G until scientists can prove it is safe. Other complaints cited in the petition include breach of privacy and negative effects on the environment.
