Sun Valley Community School graduating senior Kennedy Watts, known as one of the most welcoming of Cutthroats on campus, peeks out at the audience of 800 Sunday prior to the SVCS commencement at the Sun Valley Pavilion. Watts, headed for the University of Richmond, was one of 39 seniors enjoying a brilliant Sun Valley spring day in the sun—probably the nicest day in a month, Head of School Ben Pettit said. He added in his opening remarks, “This event is a celebration and reflection at a landmark time in the lives of our students.”
