The Mountain Rides Transportation Authority board of directors on Wednesday will consider approving a series of funding requests to its local government partners for fiscal 2020.
At a meeting last month, the board discussed seeking 3 percent increases in funding from Blaine County and the cities of Ketchum, Sun Valley, Hailey and Bellevue.
That would amount to $1.46 million from local funding partners, a slight increase from the $1.42 million that the agency received in fiscal 2019.
Wednesday’s board meeting will be held at 12:30 p.m. at Ketchum City Hall.
The agenda also includes approving a contract for a consultant related to Mountain Rides’ pursuit of alternative fuel technology for its bus fleet.
The agenda includes an executive session under a section of state law that permits discussion of acquiring “an interest in real property which is not owned by a public agency.” It also includes the possibility of an action item following the executive session, if needed.
