The Bellevue City Council will meet Monday at 6 p.m. to continue deliberation on a planned-unit development application for the Strahorn subdivision, followed by deliberation of a preliminary plat for phase 1 of the subdivision.
According to the meeting agenda, if the applicant provides new information, public comment may be reopened. Currently, a handful of standards have been tabled by the City Council to decide whether to approve as recommended by the Planning & Zoning Commission or to add additional stipulations on the developer before approving the application.
The subdivision is proposed to be 47 residential lots on 18.5 acres at the mouth of Slaughterhouse Canyon in the first phase of the development. At full buildout, the development would consist of 205 residential lots.
