The Hailey Planning and Zoning Commission will review today a design review pre-application by Kiki Tidwell and Gary Poole for a 16-unit residential complex at 17 W. Silver St. A pre-application is conducted to get general feedback from the commission before undertaking a more detailed application.
The proposed development would consist of eight two-bedroom units, five one-bedroom units and two studio units, as well as one ADA-accessible unit. The project is also proposing about 1,256 square feet of common useable open space.
According to a city memo, the applicant has chosen to meet the Downtown Residential Overlay District standards, which were developed about two years ago to allow for increased housing density downtown.
The meeting will take place at 5:30 p.m.
