The first installment of the Local Food Alliance’s Elevated Table summer dinner series is set for Friday, July 12.

    The dinner will be served at 5:30 p.m. at Squash Blossom Farm, 113 Chestnut Lane in Bellevue.

    Chef Sean Temple assembles the five-course meal using only locally sourced foodstuffs, designing the meal around whatever is in season. Sarah Lipton of Hank & Sylvie’s crafts a delectable dessert using the summer’s ripest fruits.

    Tickets for this incomparable gourmet meal are available online at theelevatedtable.org for $150. All proceeds benefit the Local Food Alliance.

    The alliance will present two more Elevated Table dinners before summer’s end. Silver Spring Ranch will host the second dinner on Friday, Aug. 9, and the series will conclude with a meal at Hillside Grain on Thursday, Sept. 12. All three venues are located in Bellevue.
