Accident claims life of Bill Panzer

William Panzer, a Hollywood producer with a home in Ketchum died Sunday, March 18, after falling in the Sun Valley area on Saturday.
After the accident, Panzer was transported by Life Flight helicopter to St. Alphonsus Hospital in Boise. He died on Sunday night at 7:01 p.m. from "blunt force trauma of the head due to a ground level fall," according to the Ada County Coroners' office.
Panzer, 64, was the long time producer of "The Highlander" television series. He was also the producer of the 1986 film of the same name and its sequels. He lived in Southern California and Ketchum.
