Crew clears the way to summit

By EXPRESS STAFF

A Blaine County Road and Bridge Department crew worked for four days two weeks ago to open Trail Creek Road. Equipment Operator Alex Alberdi said almost the entire road from the end of the asphalt to Trail Creek Summit had to be cleared of snow and debris. He said the snow was 3 to 4 feet deep in most places, but about 8 feet deep where slides had crossed the road.
