Editor's note: It has been a longstanding policy of the Idaho Mountain Express to discontinue the publication of election-related letters to the editor the Wednesday prior to a standard Tuesday election. In observance of this policy, the Express is not publishing letters in today's edition. Every effort was made in recent weeks to publish all of the submitted letters that met the newspaper's criteria. Scores of letters—nearly every one submitted—were published in the print editions and on the Express Web site. We're sorry if constraints of time and available space in the newspaper did not allow for your letter to be published. Thank you for the submissions.
