you have me wrong, what im sayin is some of us have jobs we cant just say no to . I served my country for 13 years before i took this job so theres another example of a job you cant just quit. and not all cops are raciest or one sided.and unfortunalty this stuff does happen to good people but we are not perfect.if you saw how much of your hard earned money went to pay for non citizens and when our own cant even get help it would make u sick. oh and im not a obama supporter. 06/04/09 - 20:26
Busted-Understanding how to never consent to a police search of any kind...Never surrender your fifth or fourth Amendment rights..Don't be tricked by police.. 06/03/09 - 23:18
for the record karen i believe that this is the same law suit that has been on going for the past two years. the family did not wait to file they filed shortly after it happened 06/03/09 - 17:05
until you serve as law enforcement you have no reason to cast judgement, we follow orders. those of you who throw the race card well the white american is now the minority so dont go there. unfortunety there are attorneys out there (not all) that jump at the chance to make a buck, in the end we all pay for this. people only hate cops until they need us. as for me i will continue to serve unbias. 06/03/09 - 18:29
Yeah - that's pretty much the argument that the Nazi concentration camp guards gave, too.... 06/04/09 - 07:18
Russ, I wonder if Obama orders you to go out and confiscate guns from law abiding gun owners - based on another de-facto legislated federal violation of our Constitution will you follow this order to ? And those Americans with the heart to tell you no and get off of my property, will you follow the next order..To use your gun to kill them ? And as far as never being in your shoes, anyone with any common sense knows full well what you guys are..Nothing more than Roman Violent Centurions enforcing Babylonian Ancient Satanic laws, known as the Modern Commercial Code..See the George Town Law Journal... V. 71, page 1179-1200) ” The Shetars Effect on English Law” by; Judith A. Shapiro . So don't whine to us about how tough being a blue light Luciferian soldier is taking orders from your Babylonian Master can be, you chose him, you should never make deals with him..Because now the good guys your friends are treated as the enemy, right amongst the problem people of this nation... 06/04/09 - 22:59
Your orders must conform to the US Constitution, which you have sworn to uphold and defend. Any superior deviating from that document is guilty of treason. The entire Constitution and related documents are contained in a pocket size book: www.amazon.com . Read some of it every day until you have it memorized, especially the first ten Amendments. It is the law of the land. Your only "bias" is to uphold the Constitution and defend it from all enemies, foreign and DOMESTIC. 06/05/09 - 07:33

I am outraged that this family was terrorized in the name of "law enforcement." I still believe our country was founded on beliefs clearly aimed to prevent this sort of thing. We CANNOT accept this violation of civil rights in our community. As for why these folks did not sue earlier, I completely understand - it takes a lot of courage to sue law enforcement, especially in a small town. I commend this family for their courage - in a very real way, they are fighting for all of us. 06/03/09 - 10:33
Please explain how the victims of jackbooted thugs hurt the tax payer more so than the police state we find ourselves in ? Wait until they crash your door, then we see what you think about their mistakes.. 06/03/09 - 09:54
what happened to the last law suit the Ayala family had? give it up. stop wasting tax payers money. I'm sure they know best and wouldn't go in peoples homes without a reason nonethelss a warrant. Everyone is tramatized when when any agents go in to peoples house. should everyone sue? 06/03/09 - 11:19
If they were Caucasian would this change how you feel? By the past racist, bias, and ignorant comments you have made in the past, I believe it would change your attitude. I know this family and they are good people. No one should have to fall victim to mistaken identity. In the original article it clearly stated there was a mix-up in addresses, or the people being looked for had listed this family's address, but did not live there and this family was not the one's wanted for questioning. This family is legal and according to our constitution it is illegal what this family had to endure was wrong. To be pushed, shoved, thrown on the ground, insulted, humiliated is morally wrong and the violence they suffered is illegal...even if the perpetrators are wearing badges. And from my understanding it was their son's choice to wait. He was a senior in High School at the time, and didn't want this pressure added to his plate. He is the one who suffered the majority of these agents cruelness - from what I understood. 06/03/09 - 16:32
Absolutely. If you have ever dealt with law enforcement that disregarded your rights, you should sue. They answer to us. Or at least they should. If you have ever had them (law enforcement ) kick in your door, then treat you like an animal, then leave like nothing ever happened, you would be angry too. I bet you would get F. lee Bailey to defend your right to quiet enjoyment of your own home. I don't know what happened, I wasn't there. But if there is any credibility to what they claim, there should be some recourse for them. 06/03/09 - 09:47

Not sure I believe this. Why would they wait 2 years to file? My guess is they have a lawyer friend who saw an opportunity to dig into the government's pockets and made up a story. Obviously, if the complaint is valid, we've got a real problem - but everybody is having a ball demonizing immigration enforcement efforts. I only hope the truth wins out in this case, whatever it may be. 06/03/09 - 10:38
My guess is the victim of this crime's lawyer had a difficult discovery process attempting to obtain federal and local "law enforcement" documents in this home of the brave and land of the free police state.. 06/03/09 - 09:00
What is really outrageous is the Sheriff Mr. Walt Femling has more authority in his jurisdiction than the feds do, even than the president does..Not only should the BCSO be included in the suit..so should be listed in this suit also-The Sheriff..as well he should resign, He held up his right hand and swore to uphold the State and Federal Constitutions..Which gives him the power mentioned above to stop federal agents from violating not only the Constitution of the state of Idaho, but our federal constitution as well..Not to stand around observing while these enemy's of the people ransack his county's home owners homes...You need a sheriff in Blaine county not another federal puppet on a leash.. 06/03/09 - 08:37
Go Keith Roark...thanks for bringing this to our attention. The reporter should ask why the local PD's in our valley immediately refused to participate in a warrant-less 'raid'. Or did I miss the removal of civil rights in America? 06/03/09 - 07:34
